HBM연구소의 Martin 교수, 이구승 이사와 함께,
해피브릿지의 전략 연구팀과 임원진들은 몬드라곤 연수를 떠납니다.
1월 26일(월) ~ 2월 13일(금)까지 진행될 이번 연수는
몬드라곤에서도 유래가 없을 정도로 오랜 기간 동안 사전 논의를 거쳐서 계획되었습니다.
그 동안 한국에서 수 많은 팀들이 몬드라곤을 방문했지만,
대부분 그냥 수박 겉핡기 식으로 몬드라곤의 겉모습만 보고 돌아가는 일정이였습니다.
몬드라곤에 수많은 협동조합이 존재하기 때문에,
단 기간 방문을 통해서 몬드라곤에 대한 맛만 보는 것도 물론 큰 의미는 있습니다.
하지만, 몬드라곤에 대한 깊은 이해를 위해서는
그 곳의 사람들을 직접 만나보고, 우리들이 가진 문제를 가지고
몬드라곤의 전문가들과 토론해 볼 필요가 있다고 판단했습니다.
지난 11월부터 기획된 이번 특별 연수에서
해피브릿지 구성원들은 해피브릿지에 필요한 여러가지 사항들을 체크해볼 예정입니다.
HBM과 해피브릿지의 구성원들이
어떠한 결과물을 가져올지 벌써부터 매우 궁금해지네요~
